Seville City Council is setting up two giant screens in San Pablo and FIBES for the World Cup final on Sunday, July 19. Seven municipalities in Aljarafe and Bajo Guadalquivir are joining the broadcast with parallel activities.
The Spanish national team, led by Luis de la Fuente, will play Argentina in the 2026 World Cup final this Sunday, July 19, at 21:00, in search of their second world title. The capital and several municipalities in the province have organized giant screens so fans can watch the match live.
Two Major Venues in the Capital
The San Pablo Sports Centre, which successfully hosted broadcasts of the matches against Belgium and France, will open its doors at 20:00 with free entry until capacity is reached. The other giant screen will be set up at the FIBES esplanade, where access will be from 19:00, offering food stalls, children's entertainment, and live music before the match.
Additionally, Plaza de Armas will join the event: the Platea Hall will project the final on a giant screen, and Odeon Multicines will show the match in their cinemas with cinematic quality. Invitations can be collected from 15:30, with free entry until capacity is reached.
Aljarafe and Bajo Guadalquivir Fully Engaged
The World Cup fever is spreading across the province. Tomares will install an LED screen in the Jardines del Conde from 19:00. Los Palacios y Villafranca will host a pre-match event in Plaza de España with DJ music and a special atmosphere to support local internationals Fabián Ruiz and Gavi.
Camas will gather fans in Victoria Kent Park at 20:00, while Gines will once again turn Parque Concejala Dolores Camino into the epicentre of the day with a larger screen, more seating, a snack bar, DJ, and even a World Cup sticker exchange.
Coria del Río will show the match in Parque Adolfo Cantalejo at 21:00, San Juan de Aznalfarache will do so in Plaza Agustín Pérez Sastre with musical entertainment from 20:00, and Palomares del Río will complete the offer with an LED screen in the Arab Baths, where there will also be raffles, a DJ, and a charitable snack bar.
How It Affects Sevilla Fans
Residents of the capital and province have multiple options to watch the final without needing to travel far. All venues are free to access, although arriving early is recommended to secure a spot. Seville City Council reminds that capacity is limited and that usual safety measures will be enforced.
For those who prefer the comfort of home, the match can be followed on free-to-air television via La 1 de RTVE. The Spanish national team, which made history in 2010, seeks to repeat the feat against an Argentina that arrives as the reigning world champion after winning in Qatar 2022 and reaching three of the last four finals.
On Sunday, at 21:00, all that remains is to enjoy. May the best team win, but, as always, may Spain prevail.
