The Territorial Delegation of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development in Seville has published the resolution for the urgent occupation of the land affected by the new EDAR in Montellano. The event will take place on October 15 at the Town Hall.
The Territorial Delegation of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development in Seville has announced the resolution that calls for the lifting of preliminary minutes for the urgent occupation of the assets and rights affected by the project “Grouping of Discharges and EDAR of Montellano (Seville)”.
The document, which is already available for consultation, includes the list of assets and affected holders in the municipality of Montellano, as well as the day and time of appearance for each of them.
In the case of Montellano, the event will take place on October 15, 2026 in the Board Room of the Town Hall, according to the resolution published by the Delegation.
Affected owners and rights holders must attend the summons to formalise the preliminary minutes, a necessary procedure to execute the occupation of the land where the new wastewater treatment plant will be built.
The infrastructure, which is part of the discharge grouping project, aims to improve sanitation and water treatment in the Sevillian municipality. The Delegation reminds that the complete resolution can be consulted to know the details of each plot and the conditions of the appearance.
