The Montellano Town Hall has approved the regulations for creating a pool of cultural monitors to cover temporary needs and occasional reinforcements in the Culture Delegation. Selection will be made through a merit-based competition, and interested parties will have 10 working days from the publication in the BOP.
The Montellano Town Hall has green-lighted the regulations that will govern the creation of a job pool for Cultural Monitor. The aim is to have personnel available to cover temporary needs and occasional reinforcements in the Culture Delegation of the municipality.
The selection will be resolved through a merit-based competition, a system that will evaluate the professional experience and training of the applicants. There will be no theoretical or practical exam: the score will depend exclusively on the supporting documents submitted by the candidates.
To apply, it is essential to be 18 years or older, have the functional capacity to perform the tasks of the position, and hold at least a High School Diploma. The regulations also accept the accreditation of non-formal training directly related to cultural management.
The application submission period will be 10 working days, starting from the day after the announcement of the call is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Seville. Interested parties may submit their documentation through the Electronic Headquarters of the Montellano Town Hall, at the General Registry of the council, or by any means provided for in the regulations.
Along with the application, candidates must attach, among other documents, their ID, certificates that prove the claimed merits, contracts or certificates of services rendered, an updated work history, and a negative certificate from the General Register of Sexual Offenders.
The scoring system grants a maximum of 10 points. Of these, up to 6 points correspond to professional experience and up to 4 points to training related to the functions of the position.
A Pool of Cultural Monitors of the Montellano Town Hall will be formed with all participating individuals. Calls will be made in strict order of score, from highest to lowest, as the needs of the Culture area arise.
