The Town Hall of Guillena opens the application for places in Supera, its programme for children and young people with disabilities, for the 2026-27 academic year, which starts on October 1. The application period remains open all year at Social Services.
The Social Welfare Area of the Town Hall of Guillena has opened the registration period for the Supera programme for the 2026-27 academic year, which will begin on October 1. Interested families can apply at the Municipal Centre for Social Services, located on Avenida Alcalde Justo Padilla.
The programme caters to children and young people with disabilities in the municipality and offers speech therapy, physiotherapy, pedagogical support, and cognitive stimulation. Children attend in the afternoon with individualized attention, while young people attend in the morning.
For young people, a social skills workshop is maintained, which includes monthly participation in the magazine Guillena al día, from Onda Guillena Radio. New this year are sessions of music therapy and body stimulation through music, in collaboration with the Municipal School of Music, with two days of sessions per week.
Classes are held in the Supera Building, on Dr. Fléming Street, in the lower level of the current Study Room. The registration period remains open throughout the year for families who need these services. For more information, they can contact the Social Welfare Area at the Municipal Centre for Social Services.
The Supera programme has been operating since 2006, when it was launched by the Social Welfare Area of the Town Hall. Since then, with its own resources, it has served the community of people with disabilities in Guillena.
