The Olivares Town Hall opens the application period for the Basic Cash Card Programme from October 1 to 31, 2026, aimed at vulnerable families with children to purchase food and essential products.
Families in Olivares who need it can now prepare the documentation to apply for one of the Cash Cards from the Basic Programme 2026. The Town Hall has set the application submission period between October 1 and 31, 2026, both dates included.
The aid is intended for the purchase of food and other basic essential products, and is designed for households with children facing economic difficulties. The Council reminds that the processing does not take place in Social Services: they only provide information and distribute the forms.
Applications, along with the required documentation, must be registered at the General Registry of the Olivares Town Hall or through the municipal Electronic Headquarters. Those with questions can go to the Social Services of the municipality to collect the forms and resolve inquiries.
To access the programme, three conditions must be met. The first is to be registered in Olivares. The second is that the family unit must have at least one child under 18 years old. And the third is that the total income of all household members must be below 40% of the national median income, according to the criteria set in the call.
The list of documents is extensive, so it is advisable to gather them in advance before the deadline closes. The general application requesting participation in the Basic Programme 2026 and the Annex 4, the informed consent model and personal data processing, are required.
A photocopy of the ID of all family members and the family book or birth certificate must also be provided. In the economic section, the 2025 income tax return or the certificate of imputations for that same year is required.
Additionally, for household members over 18 years old, the work life report, the 2025 SEPE benefits certificate, and the comprehensive certificate of benefits and pensions from Social Security for 2025 are also required. When applicable, 2025 payslips must be attached, and in the case of separation or divorce, the judgment or regulatory agreement must be included.
The Council has enabled links on its website to download the models and consult the requirements. Information is also available in person at the municipal Social Services.
