The Alcalá del Río Town Hall opens the call to choose the poster for Holy Week 2027. The prize is €600 and the submission deadline ends on December 30, 2026.

The Alcalá del Río Town Hall, through the Cultural Delegation, has launched a new edition of the contest to select the promotional poster for Holy Week in Alcalá del Río 2027. The celebration, declared a National Tourist Interest Festival of Andalusia, is one of the most deeply rooted in the municipality.

The competition aims to promote artistic creativity and showcase the cultural, religious, and traditional heritage of the locality. In this edition, the works must be dedicated to Good Friday and to the Brotherhood of Solitude of Alcalá del Río, reflecting the sentiment of one of the most significant days of Holy Week.

The prize is unique and amounts to €600. Both professionals and amateurs can participate, without age limit.

The works must be original and unpublished. The Town Hall will not accept works whose visual content has been generated wholly or partially by artificial intelligence.

The submission deadline ends on December 30, 2026. Posters should be delivered to the Alcalá del Río Town Hall, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
