The City Council of Seville, through Sevilla Emprendedora, has updated its 'Resource Map' with 135 aids, programs, and spaces for entrepreneurs. The guide is available on the municipal website.
The City Council of Seville has updated its catalogue of support for anyone wanting to start a business in the Andalusian capital. The Sevilla Emprendedora initiative has gathered in one website 135 resources and services, both public and private, that entrepreneurs in the city can access.
The guide, dubbed 'Resource Map of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem', is already available on the homepage of www.sevillaemprendedora.org. There, anyone interested can consult all the options available to them for launching or consolidating a business project in a free and organised manner.
Aids, programs, and spaces for every phase of the project
The map classifies the information into six main blocks: aids, programs, advisory services, training, events, and spaces. Each section includes direct links and practical information so that users do not have to get lost in endless searches.
For example, in the aids section, there are 16 current calls, from the incentive lines of the Junta de Andalucía to the state ones from Enisa, Red.es, or the CDTI. It also includes municipal grants for business creation and for digital modernisation and competitiveness improvement.
The City Council of Seville, through the Sevilla Emprendedora program, promotes the integration and evolution of the ecosystem, where very diverse and commendable initiatives can thrive. The balance is positive, motivating continued efforts to increase the pool of entrepreneurship and the consolidation of new companies.
An ecosystem that includes youth, seniors, and investors
The guide not only lists resources; it also reflects the philosophy of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that, according to its promoters, must bring together diverse actors: the drive of youth, the experience of seniors, the research zeal, the involvement of investors, and the effectiveness of those who energise and mentor.
For any entrepreneur, it is very important to have networks that provide value, serve as sources of inspiration and guidance, accompany them so they do not feel alone in the face of difficulties, facilitate opening doors, enable the acquisition of new resources, and prevent setbacks with timely course corrections.
The City Council of Seville encourages residents with a business idea to book a free appointment through the website or call 955 470 722 for personalised advice. An opportunity for Seville entrepreneurs to avoid navigating blindly.
