The real estate manager MVGM has assumed the comprehensive management of the shopping centre Sevilla Factory, a move that strengthens its presence in Andalusia. So far in 2026, the company has added eight new centres to its portfolio.
MVGM has taken over the comprehensive management of the shopping centre Sevilla Factory, an outlet located in the metropolitan area of the capital of Seville. The mandate, which came into effect on June 1, covers the global administration of the asset, operational and property management, as well as marketing solutions (leasing). With this addition, the company adds its eighth shopping centre in 2026, a year it describes as record-breaking.
A reference outlet in the metropolitan area
Sevilla Factory, situated on the Utrera road, is a well-established space in the outlet and convenience shopping segment. It has a gross leasable area (SBA) of 18,425 square metres, distributed across 54 units. Additionally, it offers 1,000 free parking spaces, a key factor in attracting visitors from the province of Seville and all over Andalusia.
Among its tenants are notable brands such as Mercadona, Fifty Factory, Tedi, the gym Synergym, and restaurant chains like Burger King, Popeyes, and Taco Bell. This combination of operators makes it an attractive hub for residents of the capital and Aljarafe, who seek a varied offering at competitive prices.
Wenceslao Barios, Key Account Manager of Retail at MVGM Spain, has highlighted the importance of this new contract: "It demonstrates the trust that owners of large assets place in MVGM. We approach this new mandate with a firm commitment to optimise the centre's performance, enhance relationships with operators, and provide an excellent and efficient experience."
A record year for the real estate manager
With Sevilla Factory, MVGM has already incorporated 8 new shopping centres in 2026, of which 5 are under comprehensive management and 3 for marketing. In total, they add more than 150,000 square metres of SBA to their portfolio in the Iberian Peninsula. The company, founded in 1953, has over 1,500 employees and a presence in 8 countries, with 39 branches.
Elisa Navarro, Managing Director of MVGM for Spain and Portugal, has stated that "the growth recorded in 2026 is due to a sustained strategy based on operational excellence, specialisation, and building long-term relationships with institutional owners." The firm differentiates itself from other consultancies by its exclusive dedication to property management, avoiding conflicts of interest.
For the people of Seville, MVGM's management could translate into an improved shopping experience, with a greater rotation of brands and offers. The centre, which is already a benchmark in the outlet sector, aims to establish itself as a shopping destination for the entire province, competing with other spaces like Factory in Málaga or Las Rozas Village in Madrid.
The forecast is that MVGM will continue its expansion in the coming months, with new contracts in the pipeline. Meanwhile, users of Sevilla Factory can expect updates in its commercial offering and a more efficient management of the centre.
