According to Argentine media, the forward prioritises making the jump to Europe and has offers from Italian club Parma and Sevilla itself. However, the Nervionense club has conveyed to this newspaper that there is no real interest in acquiring his services. Despite this, his name continues to appear in discussions to strengthen the Sevilla attack.
David Romero has recently overcome muscular issues that prevented him from finishing the Argentine Apertura Tournament regularly. With a contract until 2029 with Tigre, the Argentine club is expecting a significant sale if the transfer materialises.
