The Aljarafe town will celebrate its XLVII Culture Fair from September 4 to 13, which will include theatre, exhibitions, flamenco, and the extraordinary concert by Arcángel on the 19th.
The Cultural and Major Festivals Delegation of Pilas has presented the programme for the XLVII Culture Fair, which will take place from September 4 to 13. Ten days during which the town will host exhibitions, theatre, cinema, music, dance, and children's shows for all audiences.
The opening will be on Friday, September 4 at 21:00 with two artistic exhibitions at the House of Culture. At 22:00, the Auditorium of the House of Culture will host the first theatrical performance, 'Wendy also flies', by the company Tresgracias.
Among the highlights of the programme is the XLII Flamenco Festival Villa de Pilas, which will take place on September 11. There will also be theatrical performances from various companies, children's shows, music, and dance.
The grand finale will arrive on Sunday, September 13 with the traditional concert by the Philharmonic Society of Pilas. However, this year's edition adds an extraordinary event: a concert by the artist Arcángel on September 19 at Lantana Garden.
As in previous years, the Pilas Town Hall offers attendees a discount voucher of 10 euros for adults and 5 euros for children, which grants access to most activities. Some will be free entry.
