The cultural exhibition of Pilas opened its doors yesterday with the exhibitions of Francisco Díaz Alonso and Francisco Espinoza Dueñas. The program will extend until the 19th with theatre, music, and the closing of Arcángel.
The XLVII Culture Fair of Pilas kicked off last night with the inauguration of the two exhibitions that open its program. The Rooms I and II of the Casa de la Cultura have since hosted “Chromatic Geometry”, by local artist Francisco Díaz Alonso, and “Francisco Espinoza Dueñas, thirty years later”, an exhibition by the Peruvian author who worked and settled in Pilas.
The cultural event will last for the next ten days, until Sunday the 13th, when the Philharmonic concert will take place. The cycle combines theatrical and musical performances for all audiences and ages.
As has been customary in recent editions, the grand finale will feature a renowned artist. This time it will be the Huelva singer Arcángel, who will perform on Saturday the 19th at Lantana Garden.
The theatrical section of the fair also began last night at the Auditorium of the Casa de la Cultura, with the performance of “Wendy also flies”, a puppet and tragicomedy play for adults by the company Tresgracias.
