The 'Alcalde José Suárez Cuesta' Municipal Park will host the second edition of 'Revitalízate' on Saturday, October 3, a day focused on health, sports, and healthy habits, driven by three residents of Pilas with the collaboration of the Town Hall.

The initiative 'Revitalízate' returns to Pilas on Saturday, October 3, with a programme that combines sports, health, awareness, leisure, and community. The venue will be the 'Alcalde José Suárez Cuesta' Municipal Park, as reported by the Town Hall of Pilas.

The project was initiated by three local friends with the aim of promoting physical activity and healthy habits among the community. Following the positive reception of its first edition, the event returns with activities aimed at people of all ages.

The main day will have a prelude on Wednesday, September 30, at the Casa de la Cultura, where two round tables will be held on physical exercise and health. One will be specifically aimed at older adults, focusing on the importance of physical activity for active and healthy ageing.

The second table will focus on young people and will address issues related to sports, healthy habits, and the prevention of sedentary lifestyles.

During the morning of October 3, the Municipal Park will host workshops, sports activities, and health and wellness proposals, as well as a children's area with inflatable mattresses and activities for the little ones, designed for the whole family to participate.

In the afternoon, the programme will continue with a more playful and festive character: live performances, musical groups, and DJs will turn the park into a meeting space for locals and visitors.

In this second edition, the organisation will once again count on the participation of professionals, entities, and companies, mainly local, who have joined the project.

"The aim is to promote physical activity, healthy habits, and well-being among the community," according to the initiative's promoters.

Those interested in participating can consult the complete programme through the official channels of the Town Hall of Pilas.
