The Olivares Town Hall has tendered the redevelopment works for Los Sotillos, Virgen del Álamo, and Cristóbal Colón streets, with a budget of €304,308.50 funded by the Sevilla 107 Plan.

The Olivares Town Hall has initiated the tender process for the redevelopment of Los Sotillos, Virgen del Álamo, and Cristóbal Colón streets. The contract is set with a budget of €304,308.50 and is part of the Sevilla 107 Plan of the Provincial Council of Seville.

The project includes the renewal of pavements and the improvement of accessibility through the execution of a single platform, a solution aimed at promoting safer and more accessible mobility for both pedestrians and vehicles.

Additionally, the action includes the renewal and improvement of the water supply, sanitation, and stormwater drainage networks, which will allow for a comprehensive intervention on the existing infrastructures and services in these streets.

The works will be carried out in collaboration with Aljarafesa, with the aim of coordinating the redevelopment works with the improvement of public service networks.

Interested companies may submit their bids until 7 September 2026 through the Public Sector Contracting Platform, where all documentation and conditions of the procedure can be consulted.

With this intervention, the Olivares Town Hall continues its plan for the renewal and modernization of the municipality's streets, improving accessibility, functionality, and usage conditions for residents.
