The Olivares Town Hall has opened the call for the concession of six lots of vacant stalls at the Municipal Market. Applications can be submitted from September 1 to 15, 2026.
The Olivares Town Hall has initiated the procedure to award the occupation and operation of the stalls that are currently vacant in the Municipal Market. The call, published after the corresponding administrative processing, includes a total of six lots that group different spaces within the building.
Individuals, legal entities, and interested organisations may submit their applications from September 1 until September 15, 2026, at 23:59 hours. The application period will remain open for 15 calendar days.
The offered lots are distributed as follows: lot 1 includes stalls 4, 5 and 6; lot 2 includes stall 7; lot 3 includes stalls 8 and 9; lot 4 includes stalls 10, 11 and 12; lot 5 includes stalls 13 and 14; and lot 6 includes stalls 24 and 25.
The concession will allow the successful applicants to develop the authorised activities within the framework of the market's operation, also assuming the obligations of conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of the facilities and their immediate surroundings, as outlined in the regulatory documents.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the Public Sector Contracting Platform, where all information regarding the procedure, participation conditions, and necessary documentation can also be consulted.
The regulatory documents are available on the Electronic Board of the Olivares Town Hall. With this call, the council aims to facilitate the incorporation of new activities into the Municipal Market and reactivate the spaces that remain unused.
Those wishing to apply for any of the stalls must formalise their application before 23:59 hours on September 15, 2026.
