Morón artist Marina Ortiz participates in the exhibition 'Dame el Búcaro', presented yesterday in La Rinconada. The exhibition, which features 50 intervened vases, will arrive in Morón after its stop in the Rinconada municipality.

The artist Marina Ortiz, originally from Morón de la Frontera, is part of the lineup of creators for the project 'Dame el Búcaro', whose collective exhibition was presented yesterday at the Hacienda Santa Cruz de La Rinconada. The initiative, driven by the City Council of La Rinconada and the Flamenco Cultural Association El Búcaro, transforms the traditional clay vase into a canvas for contemporary creation.

A group of Morón artists accompanied Marina during the inauguration event, which also served to open the exhibition to the public featuring the 50 intervened pieces. Each creator has drawn inspiration from flamenco lyrics to transform the clay object using diverse artistic techniques and languages.

The result, as explained by the organizers, is a dialogue between flamenco, contemporary art, literature, and tradition. Ortiz's work, titled 'Ojos verdes', thus joins a project that seeks to provide new interpretations of an element closely linked to Andalusian culture.

The exhibition will remain open in La Rinconada until September 20. Afterwards, the show will travel to Morón de la Frontera, where local residents will be able to see Marina Ortiz's creation up close, whose work is already part of the image of one of the province's key flamenco festivals.
