The Town Hall of Morón de la Frontera has gathered a dozen entities to improve job placement in ERACIS+ areas. The meeting aims to direct unemployed individuals to the most suitable resources without duplicating pathways.

Representatives from the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE), Red Cross, the Women's Centre, CADE, Andalucía Orienta, the La Estación Training Centre, the Town Hall's Training and Employment Centre, the Morón Business Association, and the ERACIS+ programme met this Wednesday at the third Employment Sectoral Meeting held in Morón de la Frontera. The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Territorial Employment Area Campiña-Alcalá and the municipal delegates for Social Welfare and Equality and Local Development and Business.

The gathering served to discuss the available resources in the municipality and to advance a joint response that improves the employability of unemployed individuals, with special attention to those residing in the ERACIS+ action areas. The starting premise is simple: that no one should have to navigate separate and disconnected paths to find the service they need.

Among the proposals discussed was the improvement of referral and coordination circuits. The idea is that, regardless of the entry point into the system, individuals can be directed to the resource that best fits their profile. It was also suggested to strengthen communication between the SAE, ERACIS+, municipal services, social entities, and the local business fabric.

Another point addressed was the need to maintain a direct connection with companies and their hiring demands, so that job offers reach candidates who meet the required profiles more swiftly.

The working document of the Meeting precisely outlines that coordination between ERACIS+, SAE, municipal services, social entities, and businesses as a basis for improving insertion pathways and tailoring responses to the employment needs of the area.

With this third meeting, the Town Hall of Morón consolidates a stable meeting point between public and private resources operating in the labour sphere of the municipality. The next meeting will serve to evaluate the functioning of the agreed referral circuits and the degree of connection with local job offers.
