The Town Hall of Morón de la Frontera has begun a new asphalting operation on Monday at various points in the municipality, including the car park at Castillo and Cruz Verde. The work will extend over the next four days across different neighbourhoods.
Machinery has started working in the car park area of the Castillo and in Cruz Verde, the first points where the new surface is being laid. Over the next four days, workers will be acting in different neighbourhoods of Morón de la Frontera to improve the condition of the roads.
The delegate for Works, Ignacio Cala, explained that this intervention is part of the Plan for the Promotion of Agricultural Employment (PFEA) and responds to the municipal planning for the maintenance of the road network.
“In the coming days, we will continue to work in numerous neighbourhoods of Morón. These are necessary actions to improve our streets, and we will continue to develop them progressively in different parts of the city to achieve that essential substantial improvement for the neighbourhoods of our municipality,” highlighted Ignacio Cala.
The Town Hall asks residents to exercise caution and pay attention to the signage placed in the work areas, especially while the new asphalt is being laid and applied. These tasks are in addition to others already carried out to improve mobility and safety for pedestrians and drivers in the municipality.
