The Tourism delegation of Utrera is organising free guided tours during the Fair and Festivals of Our Lady of Consolation 2026, from September 5 to 8, to showcase the history and traditions of the city.
The Utrera City Council, through its Tourism delegation, has prepared a programme of activities for locals and visitors to take advantage of the Fair and Festivals of Our Lady of Consolation 2026 to discover the heritage and identity of the town.
The central proposal is the free guided tour “Utrera, a journey through the Fair”, which will take place on September 5, 6, 7, and 8 at 13:30. The tour will offer a tourist perspective of the Fair, with stops at elements that are part of its history and traditions.
Interested individuals must register at the Tourist Information Point, located in front of the Municipal Booth, or do so in advance via email at oficinadeturismo@utrera.org or by calling 635 115 979.
“The Consolation Fair is one of our great showcases and a magnificent opportunity to show everything Utrera has to offer,” explained the Tourism delegate, María José García Arroyo.
The Tourist Information Point will operate every day of the Fair, from 12:30 to 00:30, providing assistance to both Utrera residents and those arriving in the city during the festivities. Maps of the venue, official programmes, wristbands featuring Utrera's tourist image, and stickers will be distributed there. The programmes will also be available for download via QR codes.
Additionally, promotional videos such as “Under the Skies of Utrera”, “The Four Seasons in Utrera”, “Utrera, a Journey of ART”, and “Utrera, a Place to Discover” will be projected on the screen of the Municipal Booth. The delegate has emphasised that the aim is to take advantage of the influx of visitors to promote Utrera as a destination and encourage exploration of the rest of the city beyond the Fairgrounds.
