The Town Hall of Las Cabezas de San Juan has held the physical test for the selection process to fill a new position for a Local Police officer, with eight candidates participating.
The Town Hall of Las Cabezas de San Juan has taken another step in the selection process to incorporate a new officer into the Local Police force. A total of eight candidates presented themselves for the physical test, which took place at the Municipal Sports Pavilion of Lebrija, whose facilities were provided by the Lebrija Town Hall for the occasion.
The mayor of Las Cabezas de San Juan, Pepe Solano, and the Human Resources delegate, Andrea Triguero, went to the sports centre to closely follow the development of the tests. Both expressed their support for the assessment panel and the organising staff, responsible for ensuring the proper conduct of this phase of the selection process.
The selection process responds to the local government's commitment to enhancing public safety and improving public services, one of the strategic lines set for the legislature. In recent years, the Town Hall has promoted a significant increase in the police force by incorporating new officers, as well as renewing material resources through the acquisition of vehicles and equipment.
The announcement of this new position is part of a broader plan to provide the Local Police with the necessary human resources to meet the municipality's demands and ensure greater safety for residents. The physical tests are just one of the phases of the process, which will continue with other selective tests until the candidate who will fill the position is determined.
The Town Hall has expressly thanked the Town Hall of Lebrija for the provision of the sports facilities, as well as the assistance provided to ensure that the test was conducted without incidents. The proximity between the two municipalities has facilitated the logistics of the exam.
Public safety has become a priority for the Town Hall of Las Cabezas de San Juan, which seeks not only to increase the number of officers but also to improve their training and the resources at their disposal. The new position adds to the incorporations made in previous years, with the aim of providing a more effective and accessible service to the community.
The residents of Las Cabezas de San Juan will see an increased police presence in the municipality once the new officer joins the force, presumably after the entire selection process is completed. The Town Hall maintains its commitment to safety as a core aspect of its management, in a context where the demand for quality public services is growing.
With this process, the Town Hall continues to work to respond to the needs of the municipality, at a time when safety and citizen attention are key aspects for the quality of life of the residents. Passing the physical test represents a significant step towards filling the position, which will improve the ratio of officers to residents in the locality.
