An event at CADE brings together around twenty entrepreneurs in person and another twenty online to apply AI to their businesses. The Town Hall announces three training classrooms on the third floor of the building.

The CADE of Las Cabezas de San Juan hosted a training day on Tuesday, September 29, focused on artificial intelligence for the self-employed, SMEs, and entrepreneurs. The initiative, part of the Acelera Pyme programme, featured Setefilla Rosendo from the College of Industrial Engineers and the Association of Entrepreneurs of Las Cabezas de San Juan (AECA), in collaboration with the Town Hall of Las Cabezas de San Juan.

The training was delivered by Patricia Sánchez, an expert in artificial intelligence, and was conducted in both in-person and online formats. It brought together around twenty entrepreneurs at the CADE facilities, while nearly another twenty followed the session remotely.

The Town Hall's Development Delegate, Carmelo Muñoz, and the president of AECA, Juan Pedro Calvente, welcomed the participants and the speaker. Both highlighted the importance of creating training and updating spaces for the local business fabric to adapt to the new market needs.

“We appreciate being able to host this type of initiative in Las Cabezas de San Juan and value the joint work between the Town Hall and different entities to expand the training offer,” said Carmelo Muñoz.

The delegate also announced that the Town Hall is working to complete the third floor of the CADE, where up to three training classrooms are planned. This expansion will allow for training activities and facilitate the arrival of programmes such as training schools or workshop schools to the municipality.

Furthermore, Muñoz indicated that the Town Hall is working on the project for the restructuring and improvement of municipal incubators, which will also include a space dedicated to training. The aim is to expand the possibilities for Las Cabezas to host new programmes and training lines that promote skills development and integration into the labour market, especially among the younger population.

During the event, the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence in the daily operations of the self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises were discussed, bringing closer tools and applications that can help facilitate tasks, improve productivity, and open new opportunities for businesses.

The Town Hall continues to work alongside business associations and other entities to encourage the arrival of new training actions to the municipality and to keep providing local businesses with resources that contribute to their training, modernisation, and growth.
