Friday's events at the Palomares del Río Fair brought together hundreds of locals with activities for all ages. The foam party, the flamenco dress raffle, and concerts marked the day.
The Palomares del Río Fair experienced one of its busiest days on Friday, with a programme that combined children's activities, tradition, and music at the Municipal Pavilion and Loma Verdejana.
From early in the morning, the foam party became the main attraction for the little ones, drawing a large number of participants. Meanwhile, the Municipal Pavilion hosted the senior citizens' lunch, which was enlivened by a performance from Carolina Caparrós.
By nightfall, attention turned to the collection of numbers for the flamenco dress raffle, an event that gathered women and girls dressed for the occasion. The raffle, which was conducted swiftly, has become one of the most anticipated activities of the Palomares fair.
Music took over with Santi y los Apóstoles del Blues and later Tres Caras Rock Band, who kept the rhythm and dancing going in the municipal pavilion. At Loma Verdejana, the fire bull attracted numerous attendees and proceeded without incidents.
Throughout the night, next to the Local Police pavilion, the Purple Point booth was operational, providing information, prevention, and rapid assistance to help victims of sexist aggression or harassment.
The day's closure came with DJ Ricardo del Toro, who extended the festivities well into the early hours.
