The final day of the Palomares del Río Fair brought together locals and visitors at the Fairgrounds. The highlight came past midnight with the fireworks display 'Lights that Move'.
The Palomares del Río Fair concluded this Saturday with its 2026 edition, which took place without incidents and with the planned programme fully realised. The attendance remained steady throughout the morning, according to the report provided by the Palomares del Río Town Hall.
Children's activities dominated the morning with the Children's Inflatable Bull Run and the Giant Water Slide, while the Municipal Tent hosted various proposals, including the Mini K-POP Warriors Show and a performance by Yupita.
Later in the evening, the Municipal Tent once again became the meeting point with concerts by Juan Ventura and Lubricán. Around 1:00 AM, one of the most anticipated moments arrived: the show 'Lights that Move', a half-hour display that combined fireworks, light effects, and sound, specifically designed for the town.
The fireworks sequence, visible from the Fairgrounds, was notable for the coordination of the various compositions and its visual and auditory harmony. The evening concluded with DJ Curro Ruiz, who extended the festivities well into the early hours.
The Town Hall has expressed its gratitude to residents and visitors for their participation and behaviour throughout the fair days. It also congratulated the Brotherhood of Our Lady of the Star and the people of Palomares del Río, who this afternoon will accompany the Virgin of the Star in her processional route through the streets of the municipality.
