The Sevillian town of Gines will host the XII Obstacle Test of Una Pará on Sunday, October 4th at 18:00, an equestrian competition qualifying for the Andalusian Cup that will take place at the bullring. The event, organised by the Town Hall of Gines through the Andalusian Equestrian Federation, is part of the extensive programme of activities for the event.
The circuit, designed with cones and complex turns, will test the participants' skills, who must complete the course in the shortest time possible without knocking down the obstacles. Several categories are planned according to the number of horses: limoneras (one horse), troncos (two horses) and cuartas (four horses). Additionally, younger participants will have their space with the children and benjamin categories.
Cash prizes will award 350 euros for first place in limoneras, 400 euros in troncos, and 450 euros in cuartas. The second place winners will receive 250, 300 and 350 euros respectively, while the third place will obtain 150, 200 and 250 euros in each category.
In the benjamin and children categories, winners will receive technological prizes: a tablet for first place, a digital watch for second, and wireless headphones for third. Additionally, in all categories, a special prize of 50 euros will be awarded for the best passage over obstacle number 1.
