The municipal aid for school materials for the 26/27 academic year in Mairena del Aljarafe will benefit 539 families and 731 students, with a budget of 44,000 euros.
The City Council of Mairena del Aljarafe has announced the final resolution of the school material aid for the 26/27 academic year. In total, 539 families and 731 students from the municipality will benefit from this program, which has a budget of 44,000 euros.
Beneficiary families will be able to collect the materials between 1 and 30 September, inclusive, at the stationery or bookstore assigned to them by the council in the resolution. To do so, they must present their ID card and sign the delivery note. The maximum amount per student is 60 euros.
The program is aimed at families with children enrolled in Early Childhood Education (first and second cycle), Primary Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Vocational Training, and Special Education, in both public and private institutions.
The Education delegate, Blanca de Pablos, has stated that the aim is to “assist the households of Mairena with the costs of the start of the school year, promoting equality of opportunity while also supporting local commerce by linking this aid to the stationery shops in our municipality.”
The materials can be collected at 12 associated establishments: Arcoíris, Colegio Aljarafe, Escuela Infantil Pat el Cartero Servicio, Papelería Andalucía, Carlin, Las Margaritas, Artes Gráficas CCR, El Rastro, Triana, Galileo, Pencil, and Tricenter.
The final resolutions can now be consulted on the municipal electronic headquarters. As in previous editions, the City Council has expedited the procedures so that children can start the school year with the materials ready.
