The La Algaba Town Hall has incorporated three new, more efficient and sustainable vehicles for public services, including a 100% electric cleaning truck.
The La Algaba Town Hall has initiated a renewal of its fleet of vehicles designated for public services with the addition of three new, more efficient and sustainable vehicles. The acquisition has been made possible thanks to a grant from the Sevilla Provincial Council exceeding 100,000 euros, according to municipal sources.
Among the new vehicles is a 100% electric cleaning truck, which will be used for cleaning and maintaining the municipality's playgrounds. This vehicle will allow these tasks to be carried out more efficiently, quietly, and without harmful emissions, improving air quality in play areas.
The second vehicle is a versatile multifunctional vehicle, also 100% electric, which will be used for various public service tasks, such as minor works, maintenance of public spaces, or transportation of materials. Its versatility will enable a more agile response to the municipality's needs.
The third vehicle is a truck equipped with a Multilift system (container hook), featuring an ECO label. Thanks to its dimensions and versatility, this vehicle is ideal for accessing historic centres and narrow streets, and it also allows for the quick exchange of different types of boxes and platforms, adapting to various maintenance and construction tasks.
The total investment, largely funded by the grant from the Sevilla Provincial Council, exceeds 100,000 euros. The La Algaba Town Hall is already working on new lines of aid to continue improving public services. In the coming months, the addition of a truck with a lifting basket for work at height is planned.
With these actions, the Town Hall reaffirms its commitment to more modern, efficient, and sustainable public services, tailored to the present and future needs of the municipality. The residents of La Algaba will benefit from greater efficiency in cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as a reduction in harmful emissions in the urban area.
