The Town Hall of Guillena has launched a Legal Advice service at the Women's Information Point, available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 to 13:30 at the Municipal Social Services Centre.
The women of Guillena now have a new legal support resource. The Equality Area of the Town Hall of Guillena has activated a Legal Advice service within the Women's Information Point (PIM), which operates at the Municipal Social Services Centre, located on Avenida Alcalde Justo Padilla.
Public attention is provided on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 8:30 to 13:30 hours. No prior appointment is necessary for consultations, according to municipal sources.
The service covers guidance and legal advice in family law. This includes cases of separations and divorces, regulatory agreements, child custody and guardianship, visitation rights, or non-payment of alimony.
Legal support is also provided in situations of gender violence and assaults. The professionals at the PIM inform and assist when filing complaints, processing protection orders, or requesting access to specific resources.
Another service offered is assistance in accessing free legal aid. The service handles the processing and management for the assignment of specialised Duty Solicitors.
With this measure, the Town Hall strengthens support for women in the municipality who need to resolve legal queries without travelling to the capital. The PIM has already been providing information and support, and now adds legal advice in one space.
Interested individuals can go directly to the Municipal Social Services Centre during the established hours. For more information, they can contact the PIM or the Equality Area of the Town Hall of Guillena.
