The Caladero restaurant, located on Kansas City Avenue next to the Only You hotel, has celebrated its first anniversary with a special evening. The venue, which belongs to La Isla Grupo, has established itself as a meeting point in the Santa Justa area.

The celebration of Caladero's first anniversary brought together clients, collaborators, friends, and institutional representatives from the Seville hospitality sector last Thursday, July 9. The restaurant, which opened its doors a year ago on Kansas City Avenue, very close to the Santa Justa station, has managed to carve out a niche in the gastronomic agenda of the Andalusian capital.

A Menu That Celebrates the Product

Caladero's proposal revolves around maritime cuisine with a touch of traditional tavern. Its menu includes zero-kilometre cheeses from Cádiz, Granada, Jaén, and Córdoba, as well as pargo croquettes and corvina meatballs, dishes that have won over diners. The venue offers different atmospheres: tables, high tables, a bar, and a reserved area, adapting to all kinds of plans.

The restaurant's philosophy is based on product quality and service, values that characterize the hospitality group La Isla. According to sources from the establishment, the success of this first year is the result of the daily work of a committed team.

Versatile Spaces for Any Occasion

Caladero features a private area on the upper floor, called Santa Justa, with a capacity for up to 14 diners. If the entire main dining room is utilized, an imperial table for 32 people can be set up. Additionally, the outdoor tables on the avenue are an ideal spot for having a drink or coffee after the workday.

The decor, featuring wood and a cosy design, invites relaxation and enjoyment of the experience. The venue is also frequented by travellers arriving or departing from the Santa Justa station, giving it a cosmopolitan character.

For the people of Seville, Caladero has become another option for lunch or dinner in the city centre, especially for those seeking fresh produce and market cuisine. Its proximity to the Only You hotel and the station makes it accessible for both residents and tourists.

The restaurant indicates that they will continue to work to maintain quality and surprise their clients with new proposals. For now, the assessment of this first year is more than positive.
