The Town Hall of Morón de la Frontera opened on September 1 the registration period for the Municipal Sports Schools. There are activities for children, adults, and seniors, with prices ranging from 7 to 120 euros.
The Town Hall of Morón de la Frontera, through its Sports Delegation, opened on Tuesday, September 1 the registration period for the Municipal Sports Schools for the 2026/2027 season. Applications can be submitted until September 30 and activities will begin on October 1, 2026.
The offer includes children's schools for football, basketball, athletics, cycling, and mountaineering/climbing. For adults and seniors, health gymnastics, senior gymnastics, and the Municipal Yoga Workshop will continue.
Guideline ages range from 5 to 15 years for football and basketball, from 5 to 16 for athletics, from 5 to 15 for cycling, and from 6 to 15 for mountaineering/climbing. Health gymnastics and yoga are intended for those over 16 years, while senior gymnastics is aimed at individuals over 59 years.
Those who were already registered in the 2025/2026 season and remained active until the end will have priority to reserve a place, provided they submit their application within the deadline. In any case, all participants, including repeaters, must fill out the registration form again. New applications or those submitted after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list in strict order of registration.
The application can be submitted electronically through the Town Hall's Electronic Headquarters, with a digital certificate, or in person Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00, at the Sports Delegation (Plaza del Deporte, 5, next to the Alameda Football Field).
Registrations for the football schools of C.F. Ciudad de Morón and the basketball of C.B. Morón will be made directly at the venues of these clubs, located in the C.D. Alameda, according to the days and hours set by each entity.
Regarding prices, football and basketball cost 120 euros for nine months, while athletics, cycling, and mountaineering/climbing are 110 euros for eight months. For adults, health gymnastics and senior gymnastics are priced at 7 euros, and the Municipal Yoga Workshop is 30 euros.
There are discounts of 25% for people with disabilities or unemployed, 15% for general large families, and 25% for special large families. There is also a 50% social discount, non-cumulative, for those over 60 years old in the Hiking, Yoga, and Adult Swimming categories. Additionally, each school reserves two places for students with disabilities of 33% or more, provided they do not require specialized attention.
