The Morón de la Frontera City Council is keeping the application period open for municipal public employees to request up to five courses from the 2026 Grouped Continuous Training Plan of the Provincial Council of Seville, which includes 144 training actions.
Public employees of the Morón de la Frontera City Council can apply for participation in the actions of the 2026 Grouped Continuous Training Plan of the Provincial Council of Seville. This year, the programme offers 144 training actions and each worker can request a place in a maximum of five courses.
The deadline for each specific action ends 20 days before the start date of the course. The City Council emphasizes the need to keep the student record updated, as this information allows requests to be tailored to the profile of the recipients of each activity. It will also be essential to have the authorization of the person responsible for Training to be able to take the chosen course.
Currently, there are available places in two actions that will be taught in Morón de la Frontera. The first is Skills for managing aggression and risk situations in user care in SSC and SSE, with code 20265701 and a semi-presential format with attendance. The second is titled Introduction to AI through various applications, code 20264803, also semi-presential with attendance.
Registrations are processed through the Continuous Training platform of the Provincial Council of Seville, where the complete course catalogue can be consulted. Additionally, the offer is complemented by gender-related activities promoted by the Fundación Mujeres, including Social intervention from a gender perspective and Gender perspective in selection and promotion processes in labour organizations.
Participation is aimed at public employees of the Provincial Council of Seville and the municipalities and public entities of the province that are part of the plan, according to the requirements of the call. Acceptance of an application does not guarantee a place: the final selection will depend on whether the applicant fits the target profile of the training action and the circumstances of their job.
Staff must inform their superior in advance about attending the course. The City Council encourages its workers to take advantage of this offer to expand and update their knowledge and professional skills.
