The City Council of Seville has handed over the keys to 70 new protected rental homes in the Residential Puerta de Palmas Altas. The apartments, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, have prices that go from 565 to 665 euros per month.
The City Council of Seville delivered the keys to 70 new protected homes for rent on Wednesday in the Residential Puerta de Palmas Altas. These are 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments that already have tenants and include a swimming pool, community room, recreational areas, garage, and storage room.
The development has involved an investment of over 13.6 million euros, of which the City Council contributes more than 6.8 million, financed with 3.3 million from the Next Generation Funds, 2.1 million from the Promotion of the rental park, and 1.3 million from the 20,000 euros Plan.
The rental price ranges from 565 euros for the two-bedroom homes to 665 euros for the three-bedroom ones, with garage and storage included.
With this handover, the municipal public stock of protected housing in Seville now reaches 770 units delivered. Currently, there are 2,202 municipal protected homes underway, spread across 23 developments, and it is expected that another 1,432 will be delivered in the coming months.
This operation is part of the municipal plan to expand the supply of affordable housing in the Andalusian capital, one of the local government's priorities in light of the rising costs in the free market.
