La Cartuja stadium hosts this Saturday the sixth edition of the Velada del Año, the macro event of boxing and music by Ibai Llanos, with a record technical setup that includes over 30 cameras and eight vehicles.

La Cartuja stadium becomes the epicentre of digital entertainment this Saturday with the celebration of the Velada del Año VI, the event that combines boxing and music promoted by streamer Ibai Llanos. The production company TBS (Tech, Brands, Stories), a creative subsidiary of the Telefónica Group, returns as the technical manager after the audience success of the previous edition, under the direction of Xavier Soler, CEO of Sobatech Group.

To transform the Olympic venue into a futuristic set, TBS has deployed an unprecedented technical team. More than 30 cameras, including broadcast, cinema, Steadycam, Skycam, and RF technology, will be coordinated with 115 Bolero bidirectional intercom devices and 23 wireless antennas distributed throughout the stadium. The goal, according to the producer, is to offer the viewer an immersive experience that conveys the adrenaline of the fights as if they were in the ring.

The operation includes eight technical vehicles, including two mobile units, and mobilises dozens of specialists in production, sound, graphics, and camera operations. To ensure an impeccable and global signal in the face of any unforeseen events, TBS will incorporate two DSNG satellite transmission units.

One of the main innovations of this sixth edition is the ambition to reach an even larger audience. The event will not only be broadcast on Ibai Llanos' official Twitch channel, but for the first time it will also be streamed simultaneously on his YouTube channel. This multiplatform leap aims to consolidate the Velada as a global audiovisual phenomenon.

The choice of Seville as the venue, after previous editions in other parts of Spain, reinforces the city's connection with major entertainment events. La Cartuja, which has already hosted massive concerts and sporting finals, is preparing to welcome thousands of attendees and an online audience expected to break records.

The Velada del Año VI will kick off this Saturday afternoon and will run into the night, combining boxing matches between streamers and personalities from the digital world with musical performances. The organisation has arranged a comprehensive security and access plan to ensure the smooth running of the event.

For Sevillian fans who cannot attend in person, the live broadcast via Twitch and YouTube will be the main window. It is recommended to follow Ibai Llanos' official channels to know the exact schedule of the fights and performances.
