The Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council and the Provincial Council of Seville are coordinating the logistics for the concert on Friday, September 25, at the Auditorio Riberas del Guadaíra, which has 5,000 seats and three parking areas for attendees.
The concert by Pablo López in Alcalá de Guadaíra, part of the Festival del Patio+Metrópolis, will take place on Friday September 25 on the esplanade of the Auditorio Riberas del Guadaíra. The Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council, along with the Provincial Council of Seville, has finalised the logistics for an event with a capacity of 5,000 seats, including those reserved for people with reduced mobility.
To facilitate public access, the council recommends arriving on foot. If using a vehicle, the parking adjacent to the auditorium will be reserved for the organisation and accredited persons with reduced mobility, so three large parking areas have been set up nearby.
These spaces are distributed across three areas: the vicinity of Mar Mediterráneo, the area of Puente del Dragón, and the vicinity of San Francisco and Tren de los Panaderos. The first two are the most accessible for those arriving from Seville and Dos Hermanas, while the third is intended for those coming from Utrera and Morón.
In the first area, drivers can park on Avenida Mar Mediterráneo, accessible from Seville via exit 9 of the A-92; in the tram parking at El Zacatín, which can be reached from Mar Mediterráneo to Cabeza Hermosa; and on Calle Cabalgata Reyes Silos, also from Mar Mediterráneo.
The Puente del Dragón area includes the Parque Puente Guardián del Castillo, accessible from Seville via A-376, exit 8 towards A-392 in the direction of Alcalá de Guadaíra/Dos Hermanas, continuing on A-8033. Meanwhile, the San Francisco-Tren de los Panaderos area is accessible from Seville and Dos Hermanas via A-376 and the Alcalá-Dos Hermanas/A-392 road, from Morón and Arahal via A-92-Tren de los Panaderos exit, and from Utrera via the Alcalá-Utrera road towards San Francisco.
The City Council asks attendees to arrive with enough time to avoid congestion, as the roundabout leading to the auditorium will be closed to traffic from 19:00 hours.
The concert will start at 22:00 hours, but the venue gates will open at 20:00. From that time, access control, medical and security personnel, restrooms, and catering services will be operational until midnight.
Both institutions have also coordinated the medical and security evacuation routes, technical needs for the prior setup, the installation of restrooms in various areas, and waste containers. Additionally, a special cleaning plan for the venue has been arranged with the Aira Gestión Ambiental service, before and especially after the event.
