The Alcalá de Guadaíra Town Hall schedules free emotional management conferences every first Wednesday of the month until June at the Equality Centre, featuring expert José Antonio Gómez. The first session will take place on Wednesday, 7th October at 7 PM.
The Alcalá de Guadaíra Town Hall, through the Equality Delegation, has organised a series of free conferences on emotional management that will be held every first Wednesday of the month until June at the Equality Centre. The sessions will be led by the consciousness specialist José Antonio Gómez.
The first session will take place this Wednesday, 7th October at 7:00 PM and is titled ‘Origin of Suffering. A Journey Towards Self-Knowledge and Unconscious Patterns’. No prior registration is required to attend.
The Equality Delegate, Abril Castillo Sarmiento, explained that the initiative responds to the positive reception of previous sessions by this specialist. In statements released by the City Council, Castillo noted:
“From various areas and collaborations with professionals and personal development entities, the Town Hall has been working for years, alongside infrastructures and services, to offer citizens the experience of prestigious motivational speakers to learn how to manage emotions and live better. At the Equality Centre, we specifically develop various conferences, workshops, and courses to provide people with free tools to better manage emotions, issues that have been well received by the population. In the northern district, the most populated, the Equality Centre has not only become a meeting point for citizens but also a stage for supporting the personal growth of the residents of Alcalá.”
The programme will continue throughout the academic year. José Antonio Gómez's previous experience at the Equality Centre includes the conference ‘Unconscious Programs. What You Don't See Governs Your Life’, held last September, which addressed repetitive behaviours and provided tools to break unfavourable views or feelings.
In the upcoming sessions, the speaker will respond to questions and group reflections on repetitive or impulsive acts. José Antonio Gómez is a specialist in Biodecoding, NLP, and Transgenerational studies, with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in sessions in Spain and abroad. Additionally, he is the director and trainer at the Vibe’s Bio® school, where he teaches a master’s programme on these disciplines to psychologists, coaches, and therapists.
The conferences are part of the municipal commitment to the emotional health of residents. The Equality Centre, located in the northern district of Alcalá de Guadaíra, regularly hosts free workshops and courses of this nature. The next session will be on Wednesday, 7th October at 7:00 PM, with free entry until capacity is reached.
