The Alcalá de Guadaíra Town Hall is finalising preparations for Pablo López's concert on September 25 at the Auditorio Riberas del Guadaíra, with a capacity of 5,009 seats. The doors will open at 20:00, two hours before the start.

The concert of Pablo López in Alcalá de Guadaíra has its security and organisation plan confirmed. The event, part of the provincial programme Festival del Patio+Metrópolis promoted by the Seville Provincial Council, will take place on September 25 at the esplanade of the Auditorio Riberas del Guadaíra.

The event will have a capacity of 5,009 seats, including those reserved for people with reduced mobility. This was confirmed by the Town Hall after a coordination meeting held this week, which included representatives from the Provincial Council, security forces, health services, and the companies responsible for the setup.

The Culture delegate, Christopher Rivas, along with the Urban Habitat delegates, David Delgado, and Governance delegate, Pedro Gracia, chaired the meeting where the technical and logistical details of the concert were finalised.

"The pride that Alcalá continues to be part of this network of cities that support music, and we do so with a high-quality event with Pablo López's concert, promoting live music, living culture, and making it accessible to all"

Rivas also highlighted the location of the venue, "an enviable stage at the foot of the Castle, as a main sign of our identity, which already has experience in hosting concerts with great responses from both the locals and visitors from the province."

The concert will start at 22:00, although the venue doors will open two hours earlier, at 20:00. There will be access control, medical and security personnel, toilets, and catering services during the event, which will last until midnight.

Regarding access, the adjacent parking will be reserved for the organisation, security, and reduced mobility. The Town Hall will enable other parking areas nearby, such as Mar Mediterráneo street, Dragón park, San Francisco Park, Tren de los Panaderos avenue, or Nicolás Alpériz, among others. The organisation recommends arriving in good time and, where possible, walking or taking the bus, as both urban and intercity services to Seville (M-121) stop next to the Auditorio.

The meeting also addressed the medical and security evacuation routes, the technical needs for the prior setup, the installation of toilets in different areas, and the placement of waste containers. Additionally, a special cleaning plan for the venue has been arranged with the Aira Gestión Ambiental service, which will operate before and especially after the concert.

The Festival del Patio+Metrópolis extends beyond the Diputación's Patio with concerts in various municipalities in the metropolitan area. In addition to Alcalá de Guadaíra, the programme includes performances in Utrera, La Rinconada, Dos Hermanas, and Mairena del Aljarafe.
