The municipality of Lebrija will host the traditional Night Bike Ride this Thursday, 3rd September, starting at 22:00, organised by the Municipal Sports Board and the Lebrija Cycling Club.
The Night Bike Ride “Summer 2026” returns this Thursday 3rd September to the streets of Lebrija. The event, which will kick off at 22:00 with both the start and finish at the Municipal Sports Centre, is organised by the Municipal Sports Board and the Lebrija Cycling Club.
The route, approximately 9 kilometres through the town, is participatory, family-friendly, and non-competitive. The organisers plan regroupings along the way so that all participants can complete the route at their own pace.
The use of helmets will be mandatory. The security device will include members of the Local Police, Guardia Civil, and Civil Protection, as well as medical services and an ambulance. Various local clubs will also collaborate.
At the end of the ride, the Municipal Sports Centre will host a final party with water for attendees and the traditional raffle of bicycle-related gifts, including a bike donated by Necatorres.
The City Council of Lebrija and the Municipal Sports Board encourage citizens to participate in this last major sporting event of the summer calendar, which aims to place sports and community at the heart of the final days of summer.
