The Town Hall of Palomares del Río has presented its cultural programme for the nights of August, featuring summer cinema, concerts and shows in the Arab Baths.
The Town Hall of Palomares del Río has organised a new edition of the Cultural Summer, which will turn the Arab Baths into a stage for cinema, music and humour on Fridays in August. The programme kicks off on 7 August and will run for three consecutive weekends.
The first event, on Friday 7, will combine the screening of the animated film The Bad Guys 2 with a tribute concert to El Barrio by Ángel Malherido. A proposal designed for all audiences that opens the cycle in a unique setting like the Arab Baths.
On Friday 14 August, it will be comedy's turn with the film The Grand Prix, Full Throttle and a night of monologues featuring Javi Show and Jorge Gallardo, with music from DJ López to close the evening.
The cycle will conclude on Friday 21 with the screening of Super Agent Hitpig and a concert by Fitosíntesis, a tribute to Fito & Fitipaldis that will bring the August nights in the municipality to a close.
The Town Hall highlights that the initiative aims to offer leisure and family togetherness during the summer, with activities that make use of such a characteristic space as the Arab Baths. The sessions will begin in the evening and are open to all residents and visitors.
With this agenda, Palomares del Río strengthens its summer cultural offering and consolidates the Arab Baths as one of the most charming spots in the Aljarafe to enjoy the summer.
