The Manuel Casado Moreno Municipal Library in Palomares del Río will host a new session of the monthly storytelling cycle this Wednesday, September 23, at 18:00, led by writer and storyteller Ana Belén Marchal Gallardo. The activity is aimed at families with children and is part of the cultural programming of the Town Hall.
The story features a fox, a hummingbird, and a chameleon who guide the audience to a forest where it is not always easy to be oneself. Through humour and the participation of the little ones, the tale encourages valuing differences and understanding that what makes us unique can become a strength.
The session does not end with the story. After the narration, attendees will be able to participate in a creative workshop where they will decorate their own masks inspired by the characters from the story. The organisation recommends that children bring their explorer card to complete the experience.
With this event, the Municipal Library of Palomares del Río re-establishes its family meeting space to bring reading and oral storytelling closer to the local community. The activity is free and open to all, although it is especially designed for the youngest.
