The Inclusive Area of Palomares del Río Town Hall has opened the registration period for the Seniors' Gymnastics workshop 2026-2027, a free activity held Monday to Friday at the sports hall.
The Inclusive Area of the Palomares del Río Town Hall is currently accepting registrations for the Seniors' Gymnastics workshop for the 2026-2027 season. The activity is free for participants: they only need to bring their personal sports equipment.
Sessions are held from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 11:00, at the sports hall located on Amapolas Street in the town. With this daily frequency, the programme aims to keep residents' bodies and minds active throughout the week.
The workshop content includes exercises for stretching, warm-up, aerobics, balance, brain gymnastics, and psychomotor games. The proposal is based on the idea that all parts of the body matter, so the exercises are designed to strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular health, and take care of joint conditions.

The call is aimed at the seniors of the municipality, who can secure their place for a course that starts with the new term and continues throughout the season.
