The Olivares Town Hall has opened the application period for the installation and operation of bar services at OlivaresFEST 2026, Precampanadas 2026, and Carnival 2027. Bids can be submitted until August 25.
The Olivares Town Hall has publicly tendered the installation and operation of bar services that will cater to three of its upcoming major festive events: OlivaresFEST 2026, Precampanadas 2026, and Carnival 2027. The aim is to provide a complementary catering service in public municipal spaces to accommodate the hundreds of people expected to attend each event.
The first of these events will be OlivaresFEST 2026, which will take place on September 26, 2026 at the Olivares Fairgrounds. This will be followed by the Precampanadas, provisionally scheduled for December 30, 2026, and the Carnival, which will occur on February 20, 2027.
Individuals or entities interested in operating these bars must submit their applications before August 25, 2026. All documentation and conditions for each procedure are available on the municipal electronic headquarters, through the link provided by the Provincial Council of Seville.
The Town Hall encourages interested parties to consult the specifications in detail and to be mindful of the deadline to avoid missing out on the process. The three calls are processed independently, so each applicant must adhere to the specific requirements of the tender they wish to apply for.
