However, a series of errors and setbacks completely tilted the match. In the 23rd minute, a poor pass from Manu Gallardo to Cortés resulted in a foul on the Rinconada centre-back as the last man, leading to his expulsion. Five minutes later, Gonzalo León shot from the edge of the area, and after a poor block from Arenas, Belchi capitalised on the rebound to make it 1-2.
