The Utrera City Council is executing renovation works on pavements and sidewalks in the neighbourhood of El Matadero, Géminis Street, Dolores Ibárruri Street, and El Limonar, as well as in the districts of Pinzón and Trajano. At the same time, the new toilet module in the Parque de Consolación, covering 62.31 square meters, is progressing.
The works of the Agricultural Employment Promotion Programme (PFEA) continue to advance in Utrera. The actions for the 2025 financial year focus on improving sidewalks, pavements, and tree pits in various locations throughout the municipality and its districts.
Specifically, the works are taking place in the neighbourhood of El Matadero, Géminis Street, Dolores Ibárruri Street, and the El Limonar neighbourhood. They also extend to the districts of Pinzón and Trajano.
The works consist of renewing sidewalks and pavements, as well as adapting tree pits, according to information from the Utrera City Council. The interventions are being carried out simultaneously in different locations to expedite their completion.
In parallel, the City Council continues with the actions included in the PFEA 2023. Among these, the construction of a new public toilet module in the Parque de Consolación stands out.
The building will be located next to the park's perimeter pedestrian path, adjacent to the storage area designated for the maintenance of parks and gardens. It will have a constructed area of 62.31 square meters, entirely distributed over a single floor.
The module will include a male toilet, a female toilet, and an accessible mixed toilet, as well as a small auxiliary storage room. The facilities will be organized around a central distribution space.
With these actions, the Utrera City Council aims to improve the services available to residents and users of public spaces, both in the urban area and in the districts.
