The Estepa Town Hall has received a new vehicle for the Local Police, a Ford Kuga adapted for police use with beacons, drug tests, and direct connection to Headquarters. The fleet will continue to grow in 2027 with a third car and the renewal of motorcycles.
The Local Police of Estepa now has a new vehicle in its fleet. The Estepa Town Hall has acquired a Ford Kuga that has been specifically adapted for police service, as part of the equipment provision plan that the council is developing to reinforce the resources of the force.
The car was received on September 17, 2026 by Francisco José Vargas, sub-inspector of the Local Police of Estepa, who checked both the equipment and the technical specifications of the vehicle before it was put into service.
Among the installed equipment, the new Ford Kuga includes beacons, drug tests, direct connection to Headquarters, a printer, and medical supplies. These are resources designed for the daily work of the officers on the street.
With this addition, the vehicle fleet of the Local Police of Estepa gains a vehicle prepared for the usual tasks of citizen security in the municipality. The Town Hall frames the purchase within its goal of facilitating the work of the officers and improving the service they provide to residents.
The renewal plan does not stop here. A third vehicle is expected to arrive in 2027, in addition to the renewal of motorcycles, meaning the local fleet will continue to be updated and completed in the coming years.
