The Burguillos Town Council has resolved the composition of the body that will evaluate the selection process to temporarily hire two first-class officers and three bricklayer assistants, assigned to the Works and Services Area.
The mayoral resolution number 516/2026, signed on 17 September 2026 by the mayor, Domingo Delgado Pino, appoints the members of the qualifying tribunal that will score the candidates for the five temporary bricklaying positions. The process aims to fill two first-class officer positions and three assistant positions for the Town Hall's Works and Services Area.
The selection body will be chaired by Gerardo Ramón Alonso Casado, with María Teresa del Pozo Castro as a substitute. The members include María del Valle Graciani Aguirre and Carlos Hernández García, with Gumersindo Rodríguez Reyes and Eva María Solís Ramírez as respective substitutes. The secretariat, with voice but without vote, falls to Francisco Manuel Arroyo Cabrera, who can be replaced by Gracia Márquez Blanco.
The call and the bases were approved in the extraordinary and urgent session of the Local Government Board on 27 August 2026 and were published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Seville number 168, corresponding to 31 August 2026. Base seven stipulates that the tribunal must have a president, two members, and a secretary, and requires that its composition respects the principles of impartiality, professionalism, and gender parity, with profiles related to works, maintenance, and construction.
“The appointed members must refrain from intervening when any of the legally established causes arise and may be challenged by interested parties,” states the resolution.
The resolution will be notified to the appointed members and published on the Municipal Bulletin Board, on the Electronic Headquarters Announcement Board, and on the Town Council's website. The tribunal must be constituted in accordance with the provisions of base seven of the regulatory bases of the selection process.
