The Chamber of Commerce of Sevilla closes the eighth edition of its programme for businesswomen and announces the ninth, which starts on 11 September with 52 places.

The Chamber of Commerce of Sevilla has concluded the eighth edition of Desafío Consolida for Women, a programme co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+) through the INCYDE Foundation, which has supported nearly 150 businesswomen and executives in the province over the years.

The initiative combines training in business strategy, planning, efficiency, and creativity with personal work on fears, blockages, and limiting beliefs that often arise during growth processes. This dual dimension is what, according to the chamber entity, makes the programme a transformative experience rather than just a typical course.

For the new edition, which will begin on 11 September, 26 places are offered for established businesswomen who wish to strengthen their businesses, within Desafío Consolida for Women, and another 26 for entrepreneurs with newly created projects, in the format launched this year under the name of Desafío Activa for Women.

Registrations for both modalities are already open through the forms provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Sevilla.

One of the most valued features of the programme is the so-called ‘Tribe’, a support network among businesswomen that remains active once each edition concludes. Participants become part of an intergenerational community of collaboration and mutual growth that persists over time, beyond the training sessions.

The itinerary includes practical training, personalised mentoring, and advanced technological tools, with special attention to digital transformation and the applied use of artificial intelligence in business. The goal is for each participant to gain strategic autonomy, improve the financial health of their company, and develop commercial skills.

The Chamber of Sevilla frames this initiative within its commitment to female leadership and sustainable business growth in the province. Interested parties can check the requirements and formalise their application on the entity's website.
