The human resources company Marlex lands in Andalusia with offices already operational in Seville, Málaga, and Granada. A new office in the capital of Seville is scheduled to open in September.

The talent consultancy Marlex has firmly established itself in Andalusia. The company, specialised in people management and leadership solutions, already has three operational offices in Seville, Málaga, and Granada, and it does not intend to stop there. Its expansion plan for 2026 includes new openings in Córdoba, Cádiz, and Huelva, with an eye also on Almería and Extremadura for 2027.

In Seville, Marlex has a dual presence. On one hand, it already operates with Paul Marlex, its brand focused on middle management and specialised talent. On the other, it is finalising details to open a Marlex People office in the city, scheduled for next month in September. This second brand focuses on qualified technical professionals and operational staff, a profile highly sought after in the Seville business landscape.

A strategic landing in the south

Marlex's arrival in Andalusia is no coincidence. The company, with nearly 30 years of experience, has identified the region as a key growth hub. According to Borja Valadés, regional director of Marlex in Andalusia, “the dynamism of the business fabric, the diversity of productive sectors, and the enormous growth potential” make this community a priority destination. The firm aims to be “closer to companies and professionals to offer talent solutions tailored to each local reality.”

So far, the Andalusian landing has taken place in the three main capitals, but the opening schedule is ambitious. During the last quarter of 2026, Marlex plans to inaugurate offices in Córdoba, Cádiz, and Huelva. And in 2027, the plan extends to Almería and an office in Extremadura, thus completing a coverage map across the entire southern peninsula.

Over 80 offices and 180 million in revenue

Marlex is not a newcomer to the sector. Founded in 1996, the national capital company has more than 500 professionals and a network that exceeds 80 offices across the country. Its annual revenue surpasses 180 million euros, solidifying it as one of the reference groups in the talent field in Spain.

Its business model is structured through several specialised brands: Sarah Marlex (Executive Search), Paul Marlex (middle management and specialised talent), Marlex People (technical professionals and operational staff), and LTC Marlex (strategy and leadership consultancy). With this structure, the company offers a comprehensive approach that spans from executive search to hiring more technical profiles.

Impact on the Seville job market

The arrival of Marlex in Seville not only means the opening of offices but also a boost of opportunities for the local job market. The company works with businesses of all sizes and sectors, facilitating access to qualified talent and generating new employment avenues. In a context of labour market transformation, with increasing specialisation of profiles and strong competition to attract and retain talent, the presence of a player like Marlex can make a difference for many Seville firms.

Moreover, the commitment to proximity and knowledge of the local business fabric is one of the pillars of Marlex's strategy. The company not only seeks to place professionals but also advise companies on their strategic human resources needs, from selection to leadership development.

For Seville professionals, Marlex's arrival opens a new channel of opportunities. The firm is already attracting talent in the city to fill both its clients' vacancies and its own team. Those seeking qualified employment or looking to advance their careers can find in Marlex a partner with national reach and local knowledge.

In short, Marlex's landing in Andalusia is good news for the Seville business ecosystem. More competition in the human resources sector is always positive, especially when it comes from a company with solvency and experience. It remains to be seen how its establishment evolves in the coming months, but for now, the first step has already been taken.
