The Department of Sports of Mairena del Alcor has set the registration period for the Municipal Sports Schools for the 2026-2027 academic year on September 15, 16, and 17. The process is conducted online and is spread over several days to avoid overcrowding in each sport.
On the first day, Tuesday, September 15, registration opens at 17:00 for Athletics, Basketball, Skating, and Taekwondo. The following day, Wednesday, September 16, at the same time, it will be the turn of Adaptation, Boxing, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Pre-sport, and Volleyball. The cycle concludes on Thursday, September 17, also at 17:00, with Modern Dance, Football-7, Paddle, and Tennis.
The application to formalise registration is Sporttia. Those who already have an identifier and password from the previous system can recover their profile by following the tutorial published by the Town Hall. If places for a specific sport or time slot run out, registration will be placed on a waiting list, which will be managed directly by the Department of Sports.
There is one exception to note: Athletics, Basketball, Taekwondo, and Skating are not processed through Sporttia. Each of these sports has its own link from the club with which the Town Hall has an agreement, so interested parties must use that alternative route.
Regarding the price, the general fee is 55 euros for all disciplines. There are discounts: 102 euros when two siblings register and a 50% discount for large families.
Classes will begin on October 1 and will continue until May 2027. The Town Hall has provided a registration tutorial to address questions during the three-day registration period.
