The Local Development Agency of Gines is hosting a course on 'Management and Organisation of Cleaning Services' for 10 unemployed individuals from the municipality starting this week. The training, lasting 200 hours, will continue until mid-November.
The Local Development Agency of Gines has launched a course on 'Management and Organisation of Cleaning Services' aimed at 10 unemployed individuals from the municipality. This initiative is part of the 'Itinera – Proempleo VI' project, within the Employment, Education, Training and Social Economy programme of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) for the period 2021-2027.
The training is managed by the Seville Provincial Council through Prodetur and aims to improve the employability of participants through job insertion pathways. According to municipal sources, the goal is to facilitate access to the job market and activate job seekers.
The course consists of a total of 200 teaching hours and is held in the mornings. Classes will extend until mid-next month of November.
Among the topics covered are knowledge of the equipment and machinery necessary for cleaning services, work organisation, routines to be carried out, and their daily order. This is complemented by specific modules on occupational risk prevention and job orientation.
