The Local Police in Espartinas arrested a man with an active search and capture order from the Carmona Court. Additionally, he was subject to two restraining orders for gender violence.
The Local Police in Espartinas detained a man with the initials J.M.G.R. on Wednesday, who was under a judicial order for search, detention, and presentation. The arrest occurred following a neighbour's alert, who notified the officers of this man's presence in a public area.
Upon arriving at the indicated location, the officers proceeded to identify the individual and, after the necessary checks, confirmed that there was a judicial requisition issued by the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 4 of Carmona. At that moment, he was arrested.
Subsequent inquiries revealed that the detainee also had two active restraining orders related to gender violence, within the VioGén monitoring system.
The operation was carried out jointly with members of the Civil Guard. The detainee was transferred to the Civil Guard Post in Gines, where further proceedings were conducted to comply with the judicial requisition.
The Espartinas Town Hall has emphasised the importance of citizen collaboration in such actions, as well as the coordination between different police bodies to ensure safety in the municipality.
The detainee was placed at the disposal of the judiciary after the corresponding procedures were completed at the Civil Guard post in Gines.
