The passage of the 17th stage of La Vuelta a España through Mairena del Alcor on September 9 will require modifications to the services of the metropolitan lines M-106 and M-126. There will be traffic disruptions and possible delays between 14:00 and 16:20 hours.

The celebration of the 17th stage of La Vuelta a España 2026 will necessitate changes to the operation of the metropolitan bus lines M-106 and M-126 in Mairena del Alcor. The cycling event, which will pass through the municipality on Wednesday, September 9, will cause traffic disruptions and restrictions that will affect the usual schedules of these services.

According to information from the City Council of Mairena del Alcor, departures from Seville at 14:00, 14:30, 15:10, and 15:40 hours may be interrupted. The journeys in the opposite direction will also be affected, with departures from El Viso del Alcor at 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, and 16:20 hours.

The caravan of La Vuelta is expected to arrive in Mairena del Alcor around 14:45 hours, while the peloton will pass through the town between 15:53 and 16:07 hours. During this interval, traffic disruptions will be active, and transport services may experience route changes, delays, and the temporary suspension of some stops.

The stage, which starts in Dos Hermanas and ends in Seville, passes through Mairena del Alcor and other municipalities in the Los Alcores region. The disruptions will depend on the evolution of the traffic cuts and the passage of the race, so schedules and routes may be temporarily modified.

To minimize inconvenience, users of these lines are advised to check the information panels at the stops and the website of the Transport Consortium, and to allow extra time for their journeys during the afternoon of September 9.
