The Summer Municipal Pool of San Juan will offer a special programme starting from July 23, featuring aquatic entertainment, workshops, and free DJ sessions for the whole family.
The Summer Municipal Pool of San Juan is preparing to host a varied leisure programme over the coming weeks. The City Council, through the Sports delegation, has organised activities of aquatic entertainment, workshops, and musical sessions that will complement swimming and make summer afternoons a more attractive experience for users.
The cycle will kick off on Thursday, July 23, at 6:00 PM with 'Circus Experience', a day that will combine magic, humour, and entertainment for all audiences. Attendees will be able to participate in a badge workshop, where the little ones will design their own creation and take it home as a keepsake. Additionally, there will be giant bubbles, water games, challenges, and numerous activities designed for children and adults to share a fun afternoon.
Music will be the main attraction over the weekend. On Friday, July 24, DJ Dyler will perform, and on Saturday, July 25, DJ King Barba will take the stage. Both sessions will start at 6:30 PM and aim to create a festive atmosphere in the municipal facilities.
The programme will continue on Thursday, July 30, with a new day of aquatic entertainment filled with games and activities in the water. As a finale to this first summer programme, on Friday, July 31, from 6:30 PM, there will be a DJ session alongside a 'Special Party' that will close out July's leisure activities and open the door to an August filled with new surprises and more activities.
The Sports delegation has indicated that the aim is to energise the municipal facilities during the summer, offering healthy and free leisure proposals for pool users. The goal is to encourage family participation and enjoyment of this meeting space during the summer season.
All activities are free for pool users, with no prior registration required. The usual swimming hours will be maintained during these days, and the activities will take place around the pool area.
With this initiative, San Juan joins other municipalities in Aljarafe that are committed to energising their summer pools with recreational activities. The expectation is that attendance will increase over the weekends, especially with the DJ sessions, which have already been well received in previous editions.
